Jimmy leads a team of more than 30 professionals and plays an active role in the firm's advisory practice, covering mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence, CFO consulting, outsourcing, and audit readiness.

Nicholas brings over 30 years of public accounting experience, serving a diverse portfolio of clients across industries. As the former leader of EY's Regional Assurance practice, he oversaw 15 partners and 300 professionals managing more than 500 audit engagements across the region. He currently serves on the boards of regulated, listed, and subsidiary companies, and has extensive expertise in financial statement auditing, due diligence, accounting, reporting, and internal controls.

Brandon is a Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of experience across finance, audit, and risk management. He began his career at EY Trinidad, spending over five years within assurance and risk consulting. His work included internal audit reviews, financial accounting remediation, process improvement initiatives, and forensic investigations, building a strong foundation in governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. At Gravitas Business Solutions Limited, Brandon manages the firm’s portfolio across financial advisory, risk, controls and process improvement, and managed services. He has led key engagements including due diligence and financial diagnostic reviews, audit readiness, process improvement and maturity assessments, forensic reviews, and finance transformation projects. Brandon brings a practical, outcomes-focused approach that helps clients strengthen controls, enhance operational excellence, and support long-term financial sustainability. He has supported clients across multiple sectors, which include energy logistics, telecoms, retail and distribution, manufacturing and financial services.

Stacy brings over 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance field, including 6 years in the telecommunications sector, 2 years in insurance, and more than 11 years in external audit. She spent over a decade at Ernst & Young, where she advanced to the position of Audit Manager and led numerous audit engagements across industries. Her expertise lies in financial reporting, audit and assurance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, with a strong track record of overseeing control reviews and ensuring adherence to IFRS and local requirements. For the past 6 years, Stacy has been a Senior Manager at Gravitas Business Solutions Limited, specializing in project management, internal controls, and financial reporting for clients across shared service models. She has directed large-scale audit projects, coordinated with cross-functional teams, and ensured timely delivery of consolidated financial statements for SEC reporting. Sabiya Baksh is a seasoned finance and risk professional with extensive experience in internal audit, project management, and finance transformation across sectors including telecommunications, financial services, and energy. She has led numerous internal audit reviews, SOX and risk assessments, and complex forensic investigations, while managing cross-functional teams of up to 25 professionals. With prior experience at EY Trinidad, she contributed to finance-focused advisory engagements across the Caribbean and South America, where she developed and implemented internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management strategies to strengthen compliance and improve financial processes. At Gravitas Business Solutions Limited, Sabiya directs internal audit reviews, governance framework development, and process optimization for clients across the U.S. and Caribbean. Her work includes aligning finance operations with organizational goals, managing client relationships, developing dashboards and KPIs, and resolving challenges in shared services delivery. She has also led teams of up to 25 professionals, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure stakeholder expectations are met with efficiency, transparency, and accountability. He later advanced to Digicel, where he led finance transformation initiatives, including accounting system migrations, vendor standardization, and IFRS implementations. Currently at Gravitas Business Solutions Limited, Kerwyn leads projects that deliver strategic insights and operational value to clients. His expertise spans project management, policy implementation, staff development, and client engagement. He has overseen shared service functions, financial due diligence, and large-scale system integrations while ensuring compliance and aligning deliverables to business goals. Kiara has over 7 years of experience in financial and audit roles, including 2.5 years at Ernst & Young, Trinidad, where she specialized in audits across industries such as telecommunications, glass manufacturing, and retail distribution. She then transitioned into Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Guyana Telephone and Telegraph Company (GT&T), where she spent 2.5 years, including 1 year and 9 months as FP&A Manager. In that role, she developed financial models, prepared budgets and forecasts, and created the company’s 5-year strategic plan while leading and mentoring a team of six. Now at Gravitas Business Solutions Limited, Kiara applies her expertise to due diligence, financial diagnostics, and business optimization projects. She has developed cash dashboards for telecommunications clients, conducted system transition reviews, and built feasibility models for new products in the electronic payments industry.
